Podcast - Our Visit to Auschwitz

As part of their involvement in the Lessons from Auschwitz Programme organised through the Holocaust Education Trust, our A level students Zachary Creelman, Samir Gawel and Petro Melnyk recorded an informative and insightful podcast for their Next Steps project as part of the programme which reflects upon their visit to Auschwitz and related seminars, and the contemporary relevance of the holocaust. Their podcast recording was timed to coincide with Holocaust Memorial Day 27^th  January 2024, the international day of commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust. The theme for HMD was Fragility of Freedom and the students captured this theme effectively and sensitively. Thanks to the students, with support from staff member Joe Bolland, for sharing their recollections and thoughts in this engaging podcast.
