Information for Parents/Guardians
Parent Portal/CEDAR
Parents and Carers can access information about their young person through CEDAR https://portal.stcharles.ac.uk
The information includes timetable, attendance, exam timetable, progress etc. You receive an email link when your child has started the academic year to access CEDAR. If you do not receive an email, we probably don’t have an e-mail address for you – please contact us portal@stcharles.ac.uk and we will start the set-up process for you.
Thinking Ahead
At St Charles we offer a vast range of course options, ranging from Foundation Learning to Advanced Level 3 courses.
It is vital that they, and you, have plenty of time to think ahead about what courses are available.
Do check our College website for our course choices, attend our Events and get in touch with us if you have any questions.
Be Open Minded
Making the decision about which courses to study at Sixth Form is an important step in a young person's educational journey. During this time, it is vital to keep an open mind, and listen to their reasons for picking their subjects. Encourage them to explore their interests, what they are good at, and what subjects might suit them.
All staff, parents and visitors have a statutory responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of students. Please click here for more information on safeguarding.
