Joguina is an active participant in all classroom activities on her course and is a wonderful addition to any group  tasks thanks to her positive attitude and work ethic. She is a fantastic member of the performing arts team and is an enthusiastic and energetic performer who puts her all into everything she does.  She has shown complete dedication to her studies and has devoted many hours of her free time to ensure she achieves the best possible performance in her coursework, exams and on the stage.

Performing in the college Cabaret where she received much audience acclaim for her sparkling stage presence and well-rehearsed performances helped boost her confidence. A great team player Joguina supports her classmates in all manner of ways, whether it be acting, singing, dancing or simply boosting class morale with her dazzling wit and charm. She is a well-respected member of the classroom.

When asked about her love of performing arts Joguina said:

“What I like about Performing Arts is that it is really fun and interesting. Dancing gives me energy and acting builds my confidence. I like performing arts because it makes me feel confident and makes me feel like the actors I see in the movies and TV shows. Performing Arts make me feel happy, joyful and confident.

Ms Nash her performing arts teacher commented that Joguina has a great talent that is constantly developing and evolving. She is a real pleasure to teach and fully embraces all the opportunities available to her relating to the industry including trips, workshops etc.

When asked about Joguina Denice (LSA) said

Since starting in September 2020, Joguina has always had her sights  clearly set on studying Performing Arts. To make sure she was able to access the Level 3 course, she worked extremely hard on both Level 1 Business and Level 2 Travel and Tourism. To be now studying the course she always desired to, I have seen a new found confidence in Joguina when socialising with peers in the LS area and around the college site.”
